We've provided quality powder coating services to local manufacturers in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area since 1995 from
our 26,000-sq. ft. facility in Carrollton.
Our conveyorized system measures 1,015 feet and consists of a modified 3-stage washer that has the performance
level of a 5-stage unit.
This system
is combined with three powder collector booths and three throw away booths, as well as electrostatic spraying equipment and
two bake ovens designed to handle items measuring 36" W x 44"H x 144"L.
In addition, our
offline batch system can handle parts and machinery up to 60"W x 72"H x 252"L.

has many years of combined experience, giving us the expertise and know-how to solve problems and meet your coating requirements.
We're an approved source for Siemens Electro-Com, VW and GM along with various other industry leaders.
